It's a stainless steel line, and then it's a short rubber line, and then it connects to the fuel rail. The small rubber part is dry rotted and leaking. The IAC will suck the cleaner in through itself and, likely, kill the engine due to it being flooded with cleaner. That's ok, just restart the engine and do it again.
