I found I had to do the following to fix this situation. • make sure there was enough litter • press the reset button after every litter fill (even if I'm just topping it off a little bit) & everytime I put a fresh bag in the drawer • if these steps didn't fix the issue then doing a hard reset worked but usually just pressing the reset button worked and it didn't have the sensor ...Not sure, but my frustration level and the machine are both much better now.
