That strength is what makes it a fun deck, allows for a lot of experimentation and for a multitude of playstyles. Take this build, toy with it, make it your own.

OP • 2 yr. ago. Along with update 217.1 The leech perk deck will lose 2 chunks of health when taking more than 200 damage in an attempt to balance the deck for use on death sentence. Additionally teammates will heal at a limit of 20% of maximum health per second, with multiple leech players not increasing healing given to other teammates.Now I can make another set of builds that are just beyond nuts. If you're downed and either of these 2 things happen. 1: Doctor bag, use it. 2: another downed heister. If you use a doctor bag while using the ampule to get back up, you will be instantly revived.
